Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Lead Survey Technician to provide experienced technical and office support for survey projects with complex deliverables. You will mentor team members, prepare advanced drawings, and ensure data accuracy through thorough deliverables reviews.

The role requires 3+ years in a survey technician position, strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision. Overtime may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a survey technician role.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with familiarity of MicroStation a plus.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage complex tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a survey technician role.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
