RETTEW is seeking a Survey CAD Designer to join our Survey & GIS Team in Williamsport, PA. This role is ideal for a CAD professional with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills who wants to expand into surveying and geospatial project work.

No prior survey drafting is mandatory; a solid Civil 3D foundation and attention to detail will help you grow. The position offers hybrid work and collaboration with field teams and engineers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D in a CAD/design environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate revisions into drawings.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in CAD/drafting/surveying technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise survey drawings, mapping, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support CAD production with field and project data.
• Develop drawing layouts, annotations, linework, and Civil 3D surfaces for project needs.
• Incorporate redlines, CAD standards, and project requirements into deliverables.
• Coordinate with survey field crews and project managers on deliverables.
