Qualifications

• Introductory surveillance course at an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate CCTV equipment and related surveillance systems.
• Develop familiarity with all casino departments and game types.
• Conduct routine random surveillance and special observations as directed.
• Perform surveillance reviews or audits to verify transactions and events.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Work to ensure Winning Attitude and 5-Star Service standards are upheld.
• Support training during onboarding and work with surveillance management on audits.
