Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must qualify for licensing with the New Mexico Racing & Gaming Commissions.
• Must qualify for certification through NMAST.
• Ability to work varied schedules including all shifts, days and holidays.
• Must have 20/20 corrected vision.
• Ability to move around all work areas.
• Good oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report gaming violations and theft of company property.
• Operate monitor room equipment and basic computer functions.
• Participate in court actions related to gaming violations.
• Learn and use the two card count system and all games in use.
• Write reports timely and accurately.
• Respond to surveillance, supervision, and gaming control requests.
• Dispatch shuttle drivers and security officers based on needs.
• Issue badges to vendors/visitors per policy.
• Perform surveillance reviews and document findings.
• Stay aware of events and promotions for guests.
