GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Bridgeview, IL. You will monitor security systems, document incidents, and respond promptly to threats to help keep facilities secure.

The role offers a full-time schedule (1st shift: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and a competitive wage of $23.10 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have IL PERC license.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide HS diploma or GED documentation.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
