Qualifications

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• 3–5 years of security background required.
• 1–2 years of security supervision experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Oversees daily security operations at the job site.
• Helps train and supervise daily security officers.
• Maintain good working relationships with the client.
• Reports to GardaWorld management for daily operations.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
