GardaWorld Security is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Elyria, Ohio. The role focuses on supervising site security operations, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining effective client relations.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in security, 1–2 years in supervision, valid driver’s license, and high school diploma or GED. A comprehensive benefits package and uniform are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Oversees daily security operations at the job site
• Help train and supervise daily security officers
• Maintain good working relationships with the client
• Report to GardaWorld Management for daily operations
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Supervisor – You will Oversee the Security Operations for a GardaWorld Site.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Supervisor

• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• OVERSEES DAILY SECURITY OPERATIONS AT JOB SITE
• HELPS TRAIN AND SUPERVISES DAILY SECURITY OFFICERS
• MAINTAINS GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CLIENT
• Reports to GardaWorld Management for Daily operations
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF SECURITY BACKGROUND
• MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS SECURITY SUPERVISION
• MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
