Qualifications

• Prior security experience or in a lead position.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass extensive screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer use.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required (e.g., Wisconsin license)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and patrol the site.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
• Monitor CCTV to maintain site security

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Monitor and observe CCTV surveillance systems to ensure site safety and security

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in security or in a lead position
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
