GardaWorld is seeking a Surveillance Security Ambassador in Kansas City, MO. This part-time role focuses on monitoring screens, spotting threats, and reporting incidents to keep premises secure.

The ideal candidate has sharp observation skills, attention to detail, and experience with security systems. The position offers a 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., uniform provided, and opportunities for career growth within GardaWorld.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have previous dispatch or related experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
