Responsibilities

• Observes all casino and surrounding areas for procedural infractions and criminal activity and reports to surveillance lead on duty.
• Maintains cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Monitors assets and employees for procedural violations.
• Keeps up-to-date logs and records with accuracy.
• Enforces department procedures by observing policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the "Property") is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

JOB SUMMARY

The Surveillance Operator is vigilant in observing all areas of the casino and surrounding areas and reports all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the Surveillance leader on duty. OakGrove

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitors all employees for procedural violations.
• Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation.
• Maintains up-to-the-minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
