Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking an investigator to perform stationary and mobile surveillance for insurance-based claims. The role requires multitasking, independent initiative, and attention to detail.

You will conduct fraud investigations with video surveillance, statements, and witnessLocates, documenting findings daily. Qualifications include a valid PI license and 5+ years in investigations; candidates should own a surveillance vehicle and be proficient in MS Office and Adobe.

Job Summary

Our investigators will provide stationary and mobile surveillance in a variety of insurance based claims. This is a fast paced growing office that requires someone with the ability to multitask, work independently and take initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Conduct fraud investigations to include video surveillance, recorded statements, skip tracing, witness locates, and more
• Document all results of the investigation, to include full report and video documentation on a daily basis
• Work and travel unusual hours, including weekends and holidays, occasionally overnight

Requirements

• Hold a current PI license and the ability to be licensed in other states or the ability to get licensed (pass a background check) is ideal
• 5+ years of experience in related investigative field preferred
• Possess a reliable surveillance vehicle, video camera, covert camera and laptop computer with windows operating system, Microsoft word, and reliable internet connection.
• Eye for detail and good observational skills
• Ability to be a creative and rapid thinker
• Computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Office Product Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
• Military, law enforcement, insurance investigator experiences a plus

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 annually

The salary range listed is an estimate. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skill set, and work location. Position is eligible for AvonRisk's full benefits package.
