Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet surveillance of claimants and document observations to support insurance claims.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, and the ability to complete Allied Universal Investigations training. Flexible hours and travel allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer training/orientation course must be completed.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in investigations or protective service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with laptops, video cameras and cell phones.
• Capable of maintaining focus and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across various coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely.
