Job Description

ISG is currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals for full-time and part-time Surveillance Investigator positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and excel in problem-solving while working as part of a team. Candidates must be able to work independently, demonstrate strong time management, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as hours may include early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance by monitoring individuals or locations discreetly to gather evidence of behavior, activities, or events.
• Gather evidence through photographic, video, or written documentation to support investigations.
• Report findings by compiling detailed reports of surveillance activities, observations, and evidence collected.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all information and evidence are kept secure.
• Adhere to legal standards, following all applicable laws and regulations regarding surveillance and privacy.
• Analyze information by interpreting data collected during surveillance to identify patterns or relevant findings.
• Utilize technology such as cameras, GPS, and tracking software for effective surveillance.
• Manage time effectively by balancing multiple investigations and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Remain in a vehicle for extended periods (up to 8 hours or longer) while monitoring subjects.
• Travel as needed, up to 2 hours one way per case, to reach surveillance locations.
