Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance to confirm activities related to insurance claims.

• Multiple positions available
• Auto and travel allowances
• Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of insurance claims across various coverage types
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment
• Document and report observations clearly
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal standards

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of Allied Universal training
• Experience with witness interviews, video monitoring, incident reporting, or investigations
• Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, laptops, video cameras, and cell phones
• Ability to multitask and manage stress professionally
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in Criminal Justice
• Security, military, law enforcement, or insurance investigations experience
