Advantage Surveillance is seeking a Surveillance Investigator for the Houston/Austin, TX area to join our operations team. You will perform basic surveillance, observe subjects, and prepare detailed logs and video evidence with support from our training program.

We provide door-to-door travel pay, a vehicle allowance, a top camera kit, and generous benefits including health insurance and PTO. Weekend/holiday availability is required and licensing support is offered.

Qualifications

• Private Investigator license required or we assist with obtaining.
• Pass a 10 Panel Drug Screening.
• Excellent driving record and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Locate subjects of investigations.
• Conduct covert observations (stationary and mobile).
• Record activity on video recording device.

Job Description:

Advantage Surveillance is seeking a Surveillance Investigatorin Houston/San Antonio, TX Area and surrounding areas. The qualified candidate will be responsible for conducting basic surveillance and investigative activities for our operations team. As a new investigator, we will provide you with a comprehensive training program, door to door travel pay, a vehicle allowance, fuel card, a top-of-the-line camera kit, as well as our other generous benefit offerings listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Locating Subjects of assigned investigations.
• Conducting covert observations of the Subject (Both Stationary and Mobile Surveillance).
• Recording Subject activity on a video recording device.
• Preparing a written descriptive log of observations (Surveillance Report).
• Uploading Video Evidence and a Surveillance Report

Qualifications:

• Private Investigator license – We assist with this
• Creative Thinking, Self-Motivated
• Reliable Vehicle
• Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Must meet state mandated requirements to obtain or maintain a Private Detective / Private Investigator license / registration in multiple states
• Ability to Pass a 10 Panel Drug Screening.
• Good Driving Record
• Weekend and Holiday Availability
• Prior related surveillance & workers’ compensation experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time

Salary: $20-$26 a hour
