Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator responsible for discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to verify activities and assist in insurance claims processing.

• Pay Rate: $22 - $25 / hr

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of insurance claims across various coverage types
• Use surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of Allied Universal Investigations' training
• Experience with witness interviews or video monitoring
• Experience in incident reporting or investigations
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, video cameras, and cell phones
• Ability to multitask and focus in a dynamic environment
• Professionalism in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in Criminal Justice
• Security/Loss Prevention, military, law enforcement, or insurance investigations experience
