  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, delivering Marquee Service to all guests and team members.
  • Perform duties of a Surveillance Agent when needed.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and motivate staff; evaluate and supervise team members on assigned shifts to ensure they have guidance and resources to meet objectives.
  • Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to achieve effective supervision.
  • Establish and maintain training and development procedures to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Follow company and departmental procedures; cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities during activities and investigations.
  • Participate in court actions related to gaming violations, representing facts obtained by the department.
  • Maintain daily logs and reports for surveillance activities.
  • Keep current information on suspicious individuals to protect assets, patrons, and employees.
  • Develop and maintain communication with law enforcement and surveillance personnel of other casinos.
  • Report violations of gaming regulations and procedures to authorities.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures for Slots, Cashiers, drops, etc.
  • Conduct investigations as required.
  • Provide work direction and supervision to team members.
  • Recommend or oppose changes in team member status, including promotions and transfers.
  • Ensure safety of team members and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage training programs.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
  • Determine appropriate materials, supplies, or tools to be used.
  • Supervise attendance and time records of team members.
  • Protect and preserve company assets.
  • Meet grooming and appearance standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
