Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the surrogacy journey with ongoing communication with the intended parents and medical team.
• Coordinate with the agency and care team to ensure safety and well-being throughout the process.
• Make informed decisions that reflect your needs, comfort, and values during all stages of surrogacy.
