Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Integration & Test Engineer specializing in Surrogate Testing to join our Omen team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will lead test activities on surrogate platforms, develop and execute test plans, and ensure safety in airborne environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in flight test operations. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with a salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years experience in flight test operations with unmanned systems.
• Familiar with airspace management and flight test safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own surrogate platform test activities and develop test plans.
• Lead integration of mission system components onto surrogate platforms.
• Coordinate crewed surrogate operations, including pod integration.
