Qualifications

• Must be aged 21–39.
• At least one healthy pregnancy and delivery.
• Maintain a healthy lifestyle and non-smoking.
• Be prepared for ongoing medical and legal guidance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Undergo medical screening and follow the surrogate journey with support.
• Collaborate with a dedicated case manager from application to delivery.
• Coordinate with fertility clinics and physicians for care and safety.
