Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Los Angeles (Studio City) seeks exceptional Veterinary Technicians to join our Surgery Team. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($25.65–$49.15) and advancement through Kahuna leveling.

You will provide nursing care, place IV catheters, monitor vitals, and support post-operative care. A two+ year veterinary hospital background and ability to work independently within a team are preferred. Shift differentials apply for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
• Ability to place IV catheter.
• Strong client communication and care ethics.
• Rotating on-call schedule after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to stable patients.
• Place peripheral IV catheter.
• Perform physical exams and monitor vital signs.
• Set up and administer IV fluids.
• Monitor patient response to therapy.
