Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an NLN/CCNE accredited program.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• State of Arizona Nurse Practitioner licensure with prescriptive authority.
• DEA licensure required at hire.
• National NP certification (ANCC/AANP) required.
• Specialty board certification requested for the role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide age-appropriate NP care.
• Perform histories, physicals, orders, and medication prescribing.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff and participate in quality improvement.
