Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on the nursing process for a designated patient population.
• Demonstrate assessment and care planning skills with age-appropriate considerations.
• Direct and manage patient care activities with the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family; provide education.
