Responsibilities

• Assist in patient data collection for quality and performance measures.
• Support nurse in patient care and family satisfaction efforts.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Perform phlebotomy, fingersticks for glucose, and ECGs as assigned.
• Maintain infection prevention and unit safety standards.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
