Qualifications

• Two years of experience in operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty in maintaining 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio.
• Assist in preparing and organizing lab environments and equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to students during lab skills practice.
• Ensure safe use of surgical equipment and follow infection control protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and competencies.
