Qualifications

Possess a credential in surgical technology through an accredited national certification program.
Two years of experience in operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology.
Responsibilities
Support faculty in maintaining 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio.
Assist in preparing and organizing lab environments and equipment.
Provide guidance and support to students during lab skills practice.
Ensure safe use of surgical equipment and follow infection control protocols.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and competencies.
