Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical resource for Surgical Technology students and assign/monitor their clinical duties.
• Coordinate with OR Educator/Charge Nurse to determine student placement.
• Observe and evaluate student performance during rotations and complete weekly evaluations.
• Provide timely feedback and guidance for student improvement.
