THOM Thomas Hospitals is seeking an experienced scrub professional to provide intraoperative care by assisting the surgical team as a scrub person during procedures. The role requires LPN licensure with scrub experience or surgical technology training and certification, plus BLS within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities include aseptic technique, assisting with gowning, passing instruments, positioning patients, preparing supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Provides intraoperative care to patients by functioning as the scrub person assisting the surgical team during an operative procedure.
OR Completion of a Surgical Technology Program AND surgical technologist certification,
