OSF HealthCare in Mendota, IL seeks Surgical Technologist I/II to assist surgeons, maintain sterile conditions, and support patient safety in the operating room. The role reports to surgical services and contributes to efficient, high-quality care.

Position is hourly with a pay range of $27.26–$38.48 per hour and a $10K sign-on bonus. Eligibility depends on completion of a Surgical Tech program or equivalent experience, with CPR/BLS required.

Qualificações

• Surgical tech program completed or 2 years minimum in a Surgical Tech role.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or eligible.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid computer skills; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist surgeon during procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Ensure operating room safety and proper equipment function.
• Communicate patient status to care team and document intraoperative details.
