Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech at Marietta Eye Surgery Center

The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures, maintains a sterile field, prepares supplies and instruments, and supports the goals of the Surgery Center. They also participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to adapt quickly to patient needs
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
