United Surgical Partners International, Inc (USPI) operates Lawrenceville Surgery Center in Lawrenceville, GA. We are hiring a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech full-time. The Surgical Technologist scrubs for procedures, maintains sterile field, prepares supplies, and supports the surgical team.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential. Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, Surgical Technician program, state certification, and ambulatory center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Surgical Technician program completion or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as required by state/center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the surgical team and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure efficient, safe patient care.
