Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to support our operating room team in northern Michigan. You will work closely with surgeons, physician assistants, and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing ORs, sterilizing tools, and handing instruments to surgeons while maintaining strict aseptic technique. A formal Surgical Technology program or LPN scrub experience is required, along with BCLS and CST/NCCCT

Qualifications

• Must complete Surgical Technology Training Program OR be a Licensed Practical Nurse with scrub experience.
• BCLS certification required.
• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST/NCCCT) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with precision and ensure sterilization of equipment.
• Assist surgeons by managing instruments and maintaining aseptic technique.
• Track supplies and document procedures to support efficient OR workflows.
