Job description

Work Schedule:


Full-time, 100% FTE day/evening shift. Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 5:30pm, with one week every 10 weeks from 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Includes on-call differential for shifts/weekends/holidays. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.


Pay:


  • A competitive starting salary, considering relevant work experience.
  • External candidates may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for day shifts (pro-rated based on FTE).
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

Join our REMARKABLE Inpatient Surgery team, working together to perform complex surgical procedures for patients from around the world!


We are seeking a Surgical Tech to:


  • Prepare the Operating Room prior to surgery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with world-renowned surgeons within our Level 1 Trauma Center.
  • Assist in preparing for and performing complex surgical procedures.
  • Anticipate and support surgeons' needs during surgery.

Education:


Minimum: Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or two years of Surgical Technologist experience in lieu of formal education.


Work Experience:


Preferred: Completion of a Surgical Technologist program and at least one year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.


Licenses and Certifications:


Minimum: BLS/CPR certification within six months of hire. Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
