Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Lahey Peabody site. The ST provides intra-operative care, assists the surgical team, and supports patient progression goals in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited program, certification within one month of hire, and more than one year of experience. On-call nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

The Surgical Technologist (ST) is a member of the surgical team responsible for providing intra-operative care to the surgical patient. This job requires working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient progression goals, quality initiatives and achieving the highest level of patient satisfaction. They will precept other staff and students. The ST functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse/Circulating Nurse.
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
