What We Do

We conduct and fund game-changing research, educate the public to prevent medical issues, offer grief resources to donor families, pioneer new facilities and protocols, and partner with community organizations to drive donor registration.
The Position
The Organ Surgical Coordinator (OSC) is responsible for maximizing donation through collaboration with transplant surgeons to ensure optimal outcomes for donor families and recipients. The OSC acts as the surgical technologist during organ procurement and cardiac catheterization cases, ensuring aseptic technique, passing instrumentation, and assisting the surgeon as necessary. The OSC is also responsible for the proper flushing, packaging, and labeling of organs after recovery.
What You’ll Do
Schedule Options: Weekday Nights (variable Monday-Thursday) 3 – 12 hour shifts per week (7:00p-7:00a)
