Job summary

1100 Endeavor Health Clinical Operations is seeking Surgical Technologists for full-time day shifts across our system in Illinois. The role features hourly pay in a defined range and opportunities across multiple hospital locations within the Endeavor Health network.

Applicants should have HS diploma or equivalent, CST preferred, CPR certification, and relevant surgical tech experience. Join a growing team committed to patient-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist school or minimum 3 years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Certification: Current CPR certification required. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform scrub person duties during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of instruments, equipment and supplies required for surgical procedures.
• Conduct all instrument, needle, sharps and sponge counts, as well as handle specimens.
• Assist in the application of dressings or casts and moving patients.
• Assist in decontamination/reprocessing area when assigned.
• Maintain inventory in Operating Room and on carts

Education
