Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to assist in operative and invasive procedures, ensuring a safe, efficient operating suite. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

You must complete a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program, obtain certification within 90 days, maintain BLS, and bring experience in surgical settings with strong communication skills to our team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained during orientation.
• Experience in surgical settings and effective communication skills are essential.

• Handles and processes specimens accurately, maintaining aseptic technique throughout procedures.
• Communicates effectively with team members and reports any breaches in aseptic technique.
