As a trusted member of the operating room team, your top priority as a Surgical Technologist is ensuring safe surgeries for every patient. You act as a watchdog in outpatient surgery, maintaining a sterile environment to protect patients from harm. Your responsibilities include preparation and anticipation, ensuring the necessary instrumentation and equipment are available when needed by the surgeon.
As a Surgical Tech, you assist by passing surgical instruments, positioning patients, or holding retractors as requested. You thrive under responsibility, focus on details, and organize efficiently.
