River's Edge Hospital & Clinic in Saint Peter, MN is seeking a certified Surgical Technologist (CST). This role supports the Surgical Services team under RN guidance, handling sterilization and instrument processing for multiple departments.

You will assist with procedures, prepare case carts, and participate in on-call rotations. The position is full-time with rotating day shifts and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in inventory and materials control preferred.
• Communicates effectively with team; physical ability to stand and lift.
• Willing to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Recognizes and reports relevant patient data to assure perioperative needs are met.
• Anticipates surgeon needs to provide quality patient care.
• Able to perform in crises or complex situations promptly.
• Recognizes and recommends policy changes to ensure quality care.
• Keeps current in safety and surgeon preferences; contributes knowledge to staff.
• Assist with preparation of case carts and equipment.
