Mercy St. Louis Hospital is seeking Surgical Technologists for the Operating Room, with part-time and full-time opportunities and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Join a high-acuity environment within a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center serving patients of all ages.

You will support the surgical team by handing instruments, coordinating patient care with colleagues, and upholding patient rights and Mercy Service Standards while advancing your skills with comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist encouraged to apply; non-certified candidates with acceptable surgical technology experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team.
• Coordinate the care of the surgical patient with other team members.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with Mercy Service Standards.
