Job summary

Mercy St. Louis Hospital is seeking Surgical Technologists for the Operating Room. The role involves maintaining surgical instruments for the team, coordinating patient care with colleagues, protecting patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy Service Standards.

We welcome graduates and experienced technologists, with both part-time and full-time opportunities. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Surgical Technologists encouraged to apply.
• Non-certified candidates with acceptable surgical technology experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Minimum Qualifications
