Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time, 40-hour per week hires with over 1 year of direct OR experience as a Surgical Tech (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).
This position will start in BCH Lexington and transition to BCH Needham upon completion of the ambulatory care building (anticipated to open early 2026).
