Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Surgical Technologist II to join the Labor and Delivery team. The role supports perioperative care across specialties, prioritizing, organizing and implementing patient care under the direction of the circulating RN.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program or nursing program, at least 2 years of surgical tech experience, and BLS certification. CST preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program or accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of current Surgical Tech experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) through AHA required; CST preferred.

Mansioni

• The surgical technologist II functions in a perioperative surgical technologist role under the direction of the circulating Registered Nurse. Able to prioritize, organize and implement care of the surgical patient in a variety of specialties.
• Performs call obligations as assigned.
