Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Surgical Technologist certification (ST) or credentialed training.
• Associate degree or vocational school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and equipment to support safe procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Scrub in and provide instruments, handle specimens, and anticipate the team’s needs during operations.
• Monitor patients and equipment during procedures and respond to concerns promptly.
• Maintain sterile technique and support efficient room turnover in a collaborative team.
