Skills / Requirements

The Surgical Technologist II (ST II) assists the surgical team in operative procedures, utilizing proper aseptic technique. The ST II maintains current knowledge of equipment, sutures, and procedures, demonstrating personal and professional effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or NCT
• Current CPR certification

Preferred: One (1) year of related experience.
