Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic operating room team. The Surgical Suite supports a fast-paced, high-tech environment with 30 operating rooms and more than 70 surgeries daily.

You will be an assistant to the RN and physicians, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety. Eligible candidates should have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist program and possess NBSTSA certification or an equivalent credential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited program for Surgical Technologists.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team in the Surgical Suite under supervision.
• Support the OR team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with multiple operating rooms.
