Job summary

Qualifications

Key responsibilities include preparing the operating room, selecting and managing surgical instruments and supplies, performing preoperative patient preparation, assisting the surgical team during procedures, and handling basic patient care tasks such as specimen delivery and room turnover. The role also involves sterilizing instruments, maintaining inventory control to reduce costs, orienting new staff, and contributing to the development of departmental policies and protocols. Additional duties are performed as assigned to support efficient surgical operations.
