Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience as a surgical technologist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize instruments for surgery.
• Follow infection control, PPE, and universal precautions in the OR.
• Assist the surgical team with scrubbing, gowning, and gloving.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field throughout procedures.
• Set up OR, assist with room turnover, and clean up after procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for on-call as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
