Penn Medicine is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to assist in the delivery of patient care during operative procedures. You will prepare instruments, set up the operating room, and support the surgeon with tissue handling and exposure, while maintaining strict aseptic standards.
This role requires flexibility for rotating day and night shifts, on-call responsibilities, and a commitment to patient safety across neonatal to geriatric populations. A strong team approach is essential.

Location: Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000.00 (prorated based on hours worked per week) with a 2 year commitment. External and internal eligible candidates only.

Assists in the delivery of patient care by handling instruments during operative procedures and by performing a variety of duties related to the preparation, processing and arrangement of surgical instruments and supplies under a Registered Nurse. Patient care includes care to patients in the following age groups: neonatal (birth to 30 days), pediatric (30 days through 12 years), adolescent (13 through 18 years), adult (19 through 64 years), and geriatric (65 years and above).
