Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Surgical Technology Certificate (required)
• Relevant acute care experience (preferred)
• Certified by the National Board or Association of Surgical Technologists (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Verify surgery details and bring patient to OR
• Assist in instrument handling, supplies, and equipment setup
• Maintain sterile environment and perform instrument counts
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, assist with cleaning and room turnover
• Perform job-related duties as needed
