Job summary

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, graduation from a surgical technology program, and BCLS. CST certification is preferred and 3 years of experience is expected to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon Hire required.
• CST - Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary duties in scrub role and supports licensed staff.
• Delivers patient care with higher level critical thinking under RN direction.
• Collaborates with surgical team to prepare and care for clients across age groups.
